Shapes:

Yoga blocks can come in many shapes and sizes. The most popular and the most useful is going to be the rectangular prism of course. It’s sturdy, provides great support, and doesn’t roll over easily. We’ve seen yoga blocks with a rounded top, wedge shape, and even ones that are more of an oval with pointed ends, kind of like a boat shape.
